When to choose it
Choose the LB17 if your layout system needs a longer straight reference to hold the outline of a glass panel. Morton specifies two 17-inch pieces. Compare that usable length with the side of the panel you need to align before choosing this extension.
The kit includes 16 push pins. Check the workboard you will use with the pins and see whether you already have the shorter guides needed for the other edges. Individual stop blocks serve a different purpose when you only need support at a few points.
